**All décor packages include white, black or ivory tablecloths. 

Colored tablecloths available upon request for an additional fee. 

1. Each event is designed to suite your colors, theme and or style

2. You may bring in your own food or have it catered by your very own Sunset Pointe Staff.

3. Kitchen is not available for client use.

4. Rentals are for the FULL day otherwise noted and discussed; you may gain access as early as 10am and stay as late as 10pm. 

5. Late fee is $250.00 an hour upon approval.

6. A day of, Refundable Deposit of $ 250.00 is due and will be returned within 48 hours once Venue is inspected for damages and clean up.

10% off is offered for Sunday All day booking. Price does not vary based on guest amount.
